What's the minimum order for catering?

Our minimum order is 15 guests. We can accommodate events of any size from small gatherings to large corporate functions with 200+ guests.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at 1 week in advance for best availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests within 48 hours. Contact us to check availability!

Do you serve areas outside Ottawa?

Yes! We serve all of Ottawa and surrounding areas including Gatineau, Kanata, Orleans, and Barrhaven. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond 25km from downtown Ottawa.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We offer dairy-free, vegan, and sugar-free options. All ingredients are clearly labeled and we can work with you to accommodate any dietary needs or allergies.

What's included in the setup?

All packages include cups, straws, napkins, and full setup/cleanup. Premium and Professional packages include branded signage, professional staff, and decorative station setup.

Do you offer custom branding?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and corporate purchase orders. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the event day.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the event receive a full refund. Less than 24 hoursnotice is non-refundable. We understand emergencies – contact us to discuss.
